If you want to start with an easy change like adding fruits or vegetables into your diet, it can be as simple as shopping at your local farmers’ market or grocery store. These include papaya, grapes, oranges, or any berries. – Some other foods that we could eat for breakfast are eggs (because they contain protein).

Get 8 hours of sleep a night: Getting enough sleep each night is essential to maintaining good health.

– If we do not get enough sleep, our body will be deprived of rest. It will suffer from stress, physical pain, low energy levels, feelings of anxiety or depression, high cholesterol levels, diabetes risk factors, high blood pressure. – We should try to go to bed simultaneously every day because it helps us feel more tired at that particular time, which means our body clock is well-synchronized. – Our daily habits can affect how well we sleep.
